If system problems surface, ETek can also assist with troubleshooting tasks, applying the many benefits that today's technology offers, including diagnostic tools for cable and protocol analysis.

Telephone support is always a given, and if necessary ETek can remote access into your system for assisted troubleshooting. These are two methods we use for hardware and software problem resolution, often eliminating costly downtime and on-site assistance.

If a hardware component does fail, ETek can render on-site, diagnostic service to locate the problem, recommend corrective measures for repair or replacement and implement the corrective procedures for your system's return to normal operations. Since we do not sell hardware nor software, our recommendations are always unbiased.
